The Storm

The Storm by Zaiming Wang.

I died yesterday
And grew the new life
In the same moment
The past is past
Like the storm beat the trunk of a tree
Ravaged the leaves and flowers at night
Meantime the tree was dancing
And singing by the wind
Becoming stronger in the second
When sunrise

This poem was taken from a captivating new novel, Yellow Over The Mountain, by Peter Lay and Zaiming Wang, which is an unfinished journey to seek life through art.
